Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Mackie: Page 1, lines 10 and 11, after "federal": Insert "or state" Page 2, line 24, after "federal" in both places: Insert "or state" Representative Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Larson objected. Representative Mackie placed a call of the House on the amendment. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" And so, Amendment No. 1 was not adopted. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Mackie: Page 1, line 8: Delete "700 [750]" Insert "750" Page 2, line 22: Delete "700 [750]" Insert "750" Representative Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Bunde objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 216(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 216(FIN) pass the House?"
